Probably one of my favorite costumes EVER.

I am not sure by now, how many of you know the story of my studio manager Rashel Ross. All in all it is amazing. She is a strong woman, that has overcome so much. Last night on the news they had a segment on her foundation, you can see it here. She is having a golf tournament this weekend, not sure if it’s closed (I don’t know how to play golf), but if you or any one you know are interested there is always room for more donations. If you haven’t you should take a moment and read her story, find out how you can help, and lend a hand. Her site is www.therashelfoundation.com, and gives you a great picture of God’s grace and provision.

I was about to wax poetically on the negative side of an artistic personality, but I forgo that to show you some art I like that I made today. We took the kids to the Clanton Alabama, where we go every year to take the kids to the Grand Ole Pumpkin Patch. Clanton is the county seat of Chilton County, our great state’s largest producer of peaches. This is my take on the famous peach tower/water tower that you can see from I-65.

Ian got a new tricycle recently. He really likes to ride a tricycle. Unfortunately until now, he’s only had the option of riding his sister’s, which is pastel pink and green. The colors just didn’t suit him, so we bought him a very primary red yellow and blue Kettler. Apparently it’s the Mercedes of Tricycles, German made and everything. So, here is Kalin getting in her hours on his tricycle to get them even in tricycle riding (or sitting) time.

And the little rug rats together, sickingly sweet.

The ad campaign also has a web component to it, you can see one here.
Amy sent me this one, please send along a link if you randomly see them anywhere.
They posted this article in the news yesterday about the ad campaign. Pretty cool.
